The Atlantis Project Portfolio

The Atlantis Group has initiated several projects in collaboration with the Malta Diplomatic Network, designed to address the unique requirements of African nations and other developing countries across the globe.

Netlite – Community Internet is a super-fast, low-cost alternative to Broadband Internet that lets many people share a single satellite link. It provides a gigabit high-speed distributed local internet, perfect for remote locations without broadband internet today. Netlite is an enabler for telemedicine and banking. Netlite requires renewable energy sources to run efficiently and will be supported by Atlantis Aquapower providing solar power cells designed specifically for Netlite.

mEDTRAC

Sovereign Bank Africa is a new universal bank being set up at the request of the SOAD government to reduce the unbanked population in Africa. It can also make cryptocurrencies accessible to the population at large, increasing financial inclusion in Africa. The bank will focus on the estimated 80% unbanked population in Africa. We will install the Sovereign Bank app on the Netlite phone to simplify onboarding and offer AKL (LUMI) currency to all new account holders as an incentive.

Open Marketplace is a comprehensive user-friendly trading environment for B2B, B2C and C2C designed for developing countries with diverse transaction methods including standard card payments, cash, crypto, commodities trading, barter systems, and sweat equity. Additionally, it offers multiple cryptocurrencies (including Africa’s stablecoin AKL) through a secure wallet integration and local payment providers can be incorporated easily. The marketplace is cost-effective with no listing fees for C2C transactions and low fees for commercial transactions. It fosters community engagement through forums and groups.

MEDTRAC

MEDTRAC Digital Health Platform is a cloud-based, multilingual, telemedicine & AI-enabled platform designed to efficiently support millions of people through advanced patient automation, automated diagnostics and therapies, and access to medical technology and wellness systems that will significantly reduce the cost of healthcare in Africa. To be piloted in Malta and deployed to multiple countries. It will integrate with video-based telemedicine systems from leading suppliers and offer an add-on app market to allow open-source developers to build additional functionality.

ATLANTIS AQUAPOWER – Renewable water & energy supplies. The initial focus will be on providing power for Netlite network infrastructure equipment with a low-cost domestic 5KW lithium 2nd cycle battery system. Funds are needed to create a factory to manufacture the battery system. The Kenyan government has offered land. This company will provide the power supplies for Netlite. A specific design will be needed to monitor the Netlite service through a long-range data network that prevents theft by detecting movement.
